The Problem/Issue/Bug:
#2772 points out that any
apt-get updateinside the web container is now broken due to expiration of yarn key.#2773 fixes this for ddev v1.16 and will be released as v1.16.6 today
However, we need this fixed in the master version, to go into ddev v1.17.0-alpha4, which should also get released today.
