The Problem/Issue/Bug:
See #3004 - The upcoming key expirations on mysql 5.5 container are breaking nightly build, and there is no longer support for mysql 5.5.
How this PR Solves The Problem:
As a near-term workaround, stop testing the 90-day expiration for mysql 5.5
We'll see what happens with the next step, and when Jessie has a new apt key.
