Update link to VSCode PHP Debug extension. In the WSL2 tip, change name of VSCode extension from "Remote - WSL" to current name "WSL" and add links to the 2 extensions.

Outdated link to VSCode "PHP Debug" extension. In the WSL2 tip, outdated VSCode extension name, "Remote - WSL", and lack of links the 2 extensions mentioned.
