The Issue
I had to rebuild a WSL2-Docker-Desktop Ubuntu distro (tb-wsldd-05) and found plenty of neglected or out-of-date things.
Somewhere in the process of various updates, after things were working, the root disk in WSL2 got corrupted on tb-wsldd-05 and I had to build a new Ubuntu from scratch.
How This PR Solves The Issue
Try to update them at least a bit. I had not documented icinga at all, and have not completely succeeded with it yet.
