Wire up Facebook connect project changes into platform. Will require Xcode builds to work.

As of f8a175d:

Added override for UIApplicationDelegate to handle FB native calls.
Doesn't work for a few reasons--need overridden plist file for URL
scheme definition, needs hook and needs to not close app when
authorization request is made (likely related to openURL issue, because
we have UIApplication.openURL and we need to override it likely--its
all different because of the XMLVM items)
