This work expands chall8908's work and adds color customization to dualbandwidth mode.
+config update to work on Turris Omnia 2019+

chall8908 and others added 13 commits January 16, 2017 23:09
Ignoring dualbandwidth for now since it's way more complicated to
set up.
I misread the lua documentation.  The bit32 library is only in 5.2
which is not installed on the omnia by default.
Also refactor it to be more what I was going for.
During installs, the config file may not be copied even if it was
changed.  Now, it does a file newer than check instead of just an
existance check.

The rest of this code looks fine, just need a change to the install script
