Eclipse bash editor is a eclipse plugin which enables users to edit bash files (.sh) in eclipse IDE. It includes also an integrated bash script debugger.
It can be directly installed by eclipse market place client or from website https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/bash-editor. It has no special dependencies and works on Linux, Windows and Mac out of the box.
Remark: Try to use always the newest eclipse version. Bash editor can be at least started with Eclipse >= NEON (4.6) but maybe some features (e.g. hyperlinking across files) will not work.
