Step 1: To be able to run the the RRO Overlays you must be on a Compatible Rom which has the RRO patches from Sony.
Step 2: You will then need to join the [BitSyko Development] (https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/102261717366580091389) G+ community
Step 3: You will need to apply for the Google Play Beta test of the Layers BETA
Step 4: Download the Layers app on to your device
Step 5: Open the Layers app so it can Initialize and create the required folders
Step 6: Try out the included sample overlays
