this effort started by driving development purely based on accessibility with a goal that it will inform that nbconvert pattern. this pull request aligns
nbconvert-a11ycloser withnbconvertupstream coding conventions. this effort should reveal upstream changes to improve the accessibility of nbviewer and nbconvert.
