Multiple updates to the connector deployment instructions:
occommand to create connector to clarify that the command creates a connector and not a KC resource.These updates do not affect the upstream content.
Updates apply to all future releases. Apply to main and backport to 1.7 and 1.8 branches.
I submitted a separate PR to the downstream doc repo to refresh the content in the released Q1 docs.
