The "Control Panel" button should open FlexASIO GUI if it's installed #92

This was suggested in flipswitchingmonkey/FlexASIO_GUI#8. Basically, FlexASIO should detect if FlexASIO GUI is installed, and if it is, it should open it instead of opening the documentation when the ASIO "Control Panel" button is clicked.

how do you open it manually?

This is implemented in FlexASIO 1.8, in which opening the ASIO Control Panel will launch FlexASIO GUI if it can be found in the system registry.
