translation missing: en.errors.messages.mini_magick_processing_error

🎩 Description

In deployment of Decidim, due to badly linked up libpng of ImageMagick, there's sometimes an error:

"translation missing: en.errors.messages.mini_magick_processing_error"

This is described, e.g. at:

carrierwaveuploader/carrierwave#1486 (comment)

I'm not sure how often this error happens, - but if other people will report it as well, perhaps the solution from the link above will help them.

brew uninstall imagemagick; brew install imagemagick; brew install libpng; brew unlink libpng ; brew link libpng

Or perhaps initial installation of ImageMagick with Brew will help people to avoid this error altogether.

@Digharatta this was also reported on #2033, and we didn't have a real consensus on how to handle this situation.
