Votings page returns 404 when voting has ended

Describe the bug
Once voting is closed, the voting information page is not accessible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a voting that has finished. Publish it
2. Go to frontend
3. See that gives 404

Expected behavior
It should be accessible when it has finished for transparency.

Additional context

If an admin doesn't want it, they can always unpublish it.

Seems like it! I remember that I found this when I went to https://staging.decidim.codegram.com/votings/votacioelectronica, and as you see that's working now.

I'm closing this issue as this can't be reproduced anymore, thanks @txus for checking this out.
