Describe the bug
When an organization name have a non-ASCII character, it gives error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign in as admin
  2. Change the Organization name to "Decidim's Populate"
  3. Save
  4. Go to frontend
  5. Add to home screen
  6. See that the Organization name is broken (see screenshot)

🤔 Which are your locale settings? Look at the following screenshot, Chromium snap from Ubuntu 21.10, both in English. I think the popup depends on the browser, or perhaps the OS, native settings, so I dunno if we can deal with that.
