As soon the Agenda.status changes to 'lockedin' we should display a 'Download now' Alertbox. Optimal it would be to detected the OS of the user and offer direct BinaryDownload Links.

So we need input to which pages/binary files we should link for the various OS like: windows, osx, linux

We need a downloads page on the main website and then this could just link there.
