This should be consistent with the launcher onboarding tutorials on smallest viewport. So the image takes the top half of the screen, all textual content stacked below that (scrollable) and Next/Previous replaces the navigation till tutorial is open. When the last slide is visible, Next button is replaced with Close and returns the user to the previous view.

Scratch this, will open another after some updates are done to the view.
