Things noted in deploy that may need to be changed:

Deterlab.Configure set itself its AppDir ... ?
Build : must separate applications / deployement. We must use a interface, where we can pass on the information needed by both parties so we don't really which app are we deploying (for example. we must absolutly remove the need to construct the Merkle tree inside the deployement !)
