Nugget package not updated

The current master contains some modifications (i.e. the half type, Input, Output definitions...).
The nugget package is 7months old and does not contain these last changes. As a consequences, it is not possible to build the examples provided (examples have been updated too) while Amplifier.net documentation refers to the Nugget package.

Also, it will be good to provide explanation on how to build the package/dll.
I try to build from the sources, but was unable to do (seems to be related to a NetFramework 2.0).
