[DOCS] note on using deepchem data dir env variable

Description

It was unclear on how to save a featurized moleculenet dataset to a directory and reuse it. I have added
documentation changes on how the env variable DEEPCHEM_DATA_DIR can be used to save a featurized moleculenet
dataset in a directory.

Other changes are trimming white space at end of lines by pre-commit hook.
