pydoc-markdown changed handling of indentation as described here: NiklasRosenstein/pydoc-markdown@f8ec013
Previously, indentation was removed for all lines in docstring, including the code blocks. Now, indentation is preserved.
This PR adjusts the indentation according to the latest version of pydoc-markdown
