- Added root .editorconfig
- Added Google's ko for building Go projects
- Added Cloud Native Buildpack's pack for building games-bff
- Updated eol to default to lf
- Updated emissary-ingress to v2.1.0
- Updated Angular to v13 and migrated tslint to eslint
