A Sample UWP VPN Plugin
Visual Studio UWP sample application VPN tunnelling in windows. This is a modified program from Microsoft Background Tasks Samples from below link. https://github.com/Microsoft/Windows-universal-samples/tree/master/Samples/BackgroundTask
It may be helpful reference for those implementing VPN plugins using UWP programming interfaces. This code makes use of C++/CX UWP interfaces and developed over VisualStudio 2017.
