Improve plugin at '_plugins/count-h2-tags.rb' so it could return not only overall projects count but also breakdown it by an ecosystem.

Sugested jekyll tags:
{ products-eth }
{ products-eos }
{ products-tron }
{ products-stellar }
{ products-btc }
