Trying to import or sync a project while not being connected to the internet leads to blank login window

The user can notice a blank login window when trying to import a project, or when trying to synchronize an existing project. No appropriate message is shown. A proper message, such as "You are offline" or "you are not connected to the internet" should be shown instead.

Additionally, regaining internet connection while the window is open does not dismiss or reload the login window.

I think this has been addressed? I know we show a dialog when attempting to fetch libraries if there is no internet connection. Perhaps we're not doing that when attempting to import a project from the welcome screen, though?

I have access to a special WiFi network, in which I can't login in both Defold editor and Defold website. I can provide any traceroutes or pings, just tell me what to run.
