Container based on original wordpress docker container with addition of ssmtp to allow mail sending.

Configuration with environment variables

Environment variables possible to use:

SSMTP_ROOT - the person who gets all mail for userids < 1000, make this empty to disable rewriting

SSMTP_MAILHUB - smtp host

SSMTP_USETLS = YES/NO (default NO)

SSMTP_USESTARTTLS = YES/NO (default NO)

SSMTP_REWRITEDOMAIN (default empty) - where will the mail seem to come from

SSMTP_HOSTNAME - server hostname 

SSMTP_FROMLINEOVERRIDE = YES/NO (DEFAULT YES) - are users allowed to set their own From: address

SSMTP_AUTHUSER - user login

SSMTP_AUTHPASS - user password

Configuration with ssmtp.conf file

alternatively VOLUME /etc/ssmtp with config files might be mounted. Configuration examples can be found here
