Use Basic Auth and pass cookies (for version 0.7.2)

Here's a bare version atop the 0.7.2 release which solves the "Cookies must be enabled to use GitHub." problem.

It does so by switching from Token auth to Basic Auth, and using a cookie jar in .git/cookie-jar.

I couldn't figure out how to make the github interface make a pull request to merge atop your v0.7.2 tag, but here it is (this won't merge cleanly to master.)
