Make it easier to update the template reference

At the moment if we update the duffle-bag template then we need to create a new tag there, then update and re-release duffle-coat to point to that tag. This feels a bit silly when there are no other changes to duffle-coat. It would be nice to have duffle-coat automatically pick up the latest compatible template version.
