duffle/duffle-coat bug: Windows paths in the loading file

with #28 I tested the gui app for the bundle and got this at runtime; it clearly indicates that duffle is specifically looking for unix pathing and not windows pathing. Dunno whether this is duffle coat, or duffle itself. Not sure with quick look whether
