Use exe/ for byebug's binary (bundler's default) and bin/ for development binstubs.

Test classes end with `Test`, not `TestCase`.
Test classes omit the `Byebug::` namespace.
Do the same we do for byebug executable.
At least it's not needed in other CI providers.
