It would be nice to make it so FISHI specs do not need to have the full % directive typed out. It makes sense for the %% headers, as they are sparingly used, but especially in the %%actions section it is cumbersome having to type %symbol so many times.

Implement shortened recognition of FISHI directives. Have them accept the minimum that a directive must be to differentiate it from others. For instance, in a %%tokens block, %h, %hu, and %hum would all be recognized as synonyms for %human.
