Module to enable the cost distribution of a project between several third parties One application is the management of condominium

development backlog:

• (workarround in place, only manual cost is displayed)do some tab for the cost to prevent adding an invoice and some procust / cost and manage the related js/php to fill correctly the db
• manage properly the status
• add dictionnaire value for ratio label (use translation ?)
• add a lot ext database ( general config)
• add a lot card link (general config)
• manage extrafiels in card/list
• header of list (asc/dec sorting) must take the projectid into account
• correct the cost type in settlement details
• extrafiled for settlement
