Fixes missing settings that cause incorrect filter pane view. Without these settings, dark-on-light modes will not work.

Add missing settings that would cause inconsistent formatting in the now theme-able filter pane. Without these additional settings, dark-on-light modes do not work (would show black text on black background for "active" filter cards).
