Windows 10 with latest updates as of today
Delta Chat Version: Version 1.14.1 (git: v1.14.1)
Expected behavior: point file selection dialog to some sensible location like "My pictures", user default path, etc
Actual behavior: file selection dialog starts at C:\Windows\System32
Steps to reproduce the problem: install delta chat, goto settings, Edit profile, set profile photo
