- Michel Thiebaut's trick to set TrackVis files in the right space using FSL's flirt and TrackVis's track_transform. To change the spatial information of the tracts in
track.trk, this requires a Nifti file in the space the tracts come from (e.g.fa_subjectx)
flirt -in fa_subjectx -ref fa_subjectx -omat nulldeform.mat
track_transform track.trk corrected_track.trk -src fa_subjectx -ref fa_subjectx -reg null deform.mat
