Description

Update the python3 docker images of the following integration/scripts which coverage rate of 40-55%:

        "Packs/JsonWhoIs/Integrations/JsonWhoIs/JsonWhoIs.yml",

• Test error - looks like credentials issue
• NG errors - looks like credentials related issue
  so we are ok for Rorce merge
