Unique author name matches on Janeway report - add exclusions

This works against the janeway database as it was when we imported it - which is fine, but it also means there are errors that have been corrected on the janeway side that remains in our capture. As an example see Aitor / Extensors - illustration image below. Aitor's link has been removed on Janeway as it stands now, so matching these just adds a dead link.

This could be corrected by adding red "ignore" buttons to ommit results from the list, allowing us to complete this report.
