  • Better support for robust geometric computation using multi-precision floating-point operators.

  • Initial support for "mixed-cell" mesh complexes enabling (limited) processing of tria/quad/hexa mesh formats.

- Added invalid_indexing, invalid_useropts and invalid_arraydim
  return codes...
- Additional transverse h(x)-weighting for off-centre placement.
- Additional frontal/reject cycles for delfront refinement.
- Bug-fix: proper destructors for mesh obj. => fix memory leaks.
- Initial support for non-simplex mesh types.
- Revised robust geometric predicate kernels.
- Relaxation of optimisation policy: vanilla ODT / CVT updates for
  cells with Q > QLIM.
- Direct project-to-geometry within ODT / CVT kernels.
- Fix silly signed vs. unsiged int inconsistencies...
