(re)move tiny text in navbar logo #41

The text "GERMAN NETWORK OPERATORS GROUP" in the navbar logo is super tiny and unreadable.
On non-retina screens it looks awful pixelated.

Also: Logo is a jpeg. We should either use png or svg.
