I noted that the new version of deno is v1.43.1 while it is actually downloaded from the 1.43.0 release assets, which could potentially create confusion in the future

deno 1.43.0 was yanked from crates.io last week, the release was aborted because of a perf regression.

Today, 1.43.0 released as 1.43.1 on crates.io which is what deno -V reports. In all other places, its 1.43.0. The next version will be 1.43.2 to sync this up.
