Q4 roadmap

This is the roadmap for Q4 of 2023.

We made a lot of progress for vscode_deno in Q3 (#879) and we hope to continue this trend through Q4.

The biggest feature we'd like to address is to add support for workspaces with multiple projects in them (support for multiple deno.json files in a single project), which would address:

• [Feature Request] Support multiple tsconfigs in the same repository #488
• Allow using different deno configs for different dirs #787

Roll over from Q3:

• Cannot import npm specifier modules due to firewall #837
• Add formatter settings on workspace initialization #789
• Deno.enablePaths conflicts with vscode TSServer when used in a monorepo #878
• Some people may not expect this extension formatting Markdown files outside of Deno projects #555
• "Format Document" with deno, doesn't comply with deno.json, prettier or editorconfig. #616
