@jennymayoco for background on this, the 28-8832 form was archived and a new form and form landing page for 25-8832 was created. We are publishing the new form landing page and want to do a redirect from the archived page to the new page in case it's bookmarked anywhere. We published this 7/19 so once live this can get done at any time. Thanks!

@RLHecht I noticed that you mentioned form 28-8832 has been archived so it's no longer available. I searched 28-8832 and came across this online application titled 28-8832. In the previous breadcrumb, the form name has been updated to 25-8832, but when you hover the online application, the URL refers to form 28-8832. Does the online application 28-8832 need to be redirected as well at this moment?

@jennymayoco there's a product team working on making the changes to the online form. They are updating the numbers and other info in those pages. That work can be tracked in ticket #61721
