I'm having trouble running the vets-api unit tests locally. I'm getting an error back that points to a bad PG::ConnectionBad. I'm running the hybrid setup with vets-api native and postgres/redis with docker. I've followed the setup and migrate steps, and have the settings.local config copied from the docs.
