[FSR] Change Type of work dropdown to radio button group

Description

Need to refactor the Type of work dropdown question on the FSR since it has less then 7 options to be a radio button group to follow DS guidance:

Given: A veteran fills out the FSR
When: They add an employment record
Then: They should be able to see the employment type in a radio button group easily instead of in a dropdown select menu

Tasks

• Change dropdown question to radio button question in code for both spouse and veteran
• Ensure data still passes correctly

Acceptance criteria

• Type of work question for both spouse and veteran has been updated to radio buttons
• Update FSR type of work question to use radio button component

Testing

• N/A if non development work
• Testing passed and documented in this ticket based off the "Then" statement in the description
