Tammy Hurley (Tammy.Hurley1@va.gov) is part of the EDU team assigned to maintain the school administrators page within vagov-content. When she made a change recently, she did not appear to have the ability to create a pull request. Could someone check her permissions? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hm, it looks like lucastickner still needs to be added into the GH organization department-of-veterans-affairs.

I wasn't able to find a GH username for lori.record@va.gov.

I added TamGIBill and josephpreisser to the repo.
