Are deployphp/recipes ready for Deployer 3.0? 😄 🍻

I though best to keep recipes version compatible with Deployphp's major version, this reduces friction for newcomers. There are two branches/tags, one for 2.x and other to 3.x.

Also you can have a look et the upgrade commit tagged as 3.0.0 and its documentation.

The recipes need to be updated with merge of deployphp/deployer#219
