Canada file size > 4GB #364

The current 05-11-2024 version of Canada is shown as 3.5GB, but it downloads as a 3.75GB .zip file, and unzips to a 4.43GB .img file. The .img file cannot be installed on a Garmin device due to the 4GB FAT32 limitation.

Looks like this issue has arisen before: #313
