Add installer script since it's unnecessary to clone first.
Update additional packages to install scipy as required by bitsandbytes which is not automatically handled for some reason.

Updates README.md to include the installer script since it's unnecessary to clone first and doing so would create a double installation. Updates install.sh to handle installing scipy as required by bitsandbytes since for some reason pip's dependency resolver fails to do so.
