Updated with SV1 area notebook. I need to talk to Ashley first as the assignment run on randoms used to define the area isn't making sense to me. This PR remains a draft. |

Simply notebook to illustrate SV3 area calc. from LSS assigned randoms.
Currently, there's a bug that this isn't quite right - a buffer region of randoms
around each petal is deemed to be available when it wasn't.
It may also be the case that we instead want to quote the high completeness area,
which is closer to 140 sq. deg. than the 180 sq. deg. quoted here.
