This PR adds two options to plot_fiber_traces:
--zscale: use the IRAF / ds9-like zscale algorithm to pick vmin/vmax values when plotting the image--mask: use the image mask when plotting the image to be able to differentiate masked bad pixels from unmasked bad pixels.
