I haven't fully tested this because it takes so long to run, but merging now anyway so that we can include it in the minisv2 tag. We can open new tickets if problems are discovered post-facto. |

New script and updated methods to generate offline QA for a given night.
The main motivation is to provide a high-level view on whether spectra were
extracted successfully.
Includes updated docs but no new tests. Here is an example on how to generate
the QA files and figures for night 20200224:
